Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak periods, please allow for additional time.

• Processing time for custom artwork may vary; we will provide an estimated timeline upon order confirmation.

Shipping Costs:

• UK Orders: Delivery is included in the price shown on most of our smaller printed products on our website. Because of the bulky / weightiness of our larger products, there is a small charge for delivery which is added at the checkout.
• International Orders: We offer international shipping at a flat rate of £15. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees and import taxes.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• UK: 2-5 business days after dispatch.
• Europe: 5-10 business days after dispatch.
• Worldwide: 7-14 business days after dispatch.
• Please note that these are estimated times and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or postal service delays.

Tracking:

• All orders are sent via tracked shipping.

Shipping carriers:

• We use DPD to deliver most of our orders. When your order is dispatched, they will send you an email with a tracking code. On the day of delivery, you'll get another email with a 1-hour delivery window so you'll always know when to expect your order.
• We use trusted international carriers such as DHL and UPS for overseas orders. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow its journey.

Packaging:

• All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. We use sturdy, eco-friendly materials whenever possible to protect your art and minimize environmental impact.
• Larger or framed pieces may be shipped in reinforced packaging with additional protective materials to prevent damage.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may have already begun processing your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Due to the nature of custom-made or personalized artwork, these items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Email us at info@cellephorms.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
2. Shipping Costs for Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
3. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage or defect, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund. Please retain all original packaging for inspection to expedite the process.
